  1. For player safety and others, before using this product, please carefully read all of the accompanying documentation. Please retain all of the documentation as it contains related important information.
  2. Product Care:
    (1) Keep the product and accessories dry and away from open flames or other heat sources.
    (2) Do not leave the product and accessories in a dusty or humid place.
    (3) Do not modify or disassemble the product or accessory under any circumstances.
    (4) Never stand on the product or accessories.
    (5) Use a dry cloth to clean the product and accessories, never use chemicals.
    (6) Regularly inspect the product and accessories.
  3. Limited Warranty
    In addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, WB Games warrants to the best of WB Games ability to the original consumer purchaser of the HOGWARTS LEGACY Collector Edition Magical Book and Wand (the "Product") that the physical Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the original date of purchase. If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs during this one hundred eighty (180) day warranty period, WB Games will either repair or replace, at WB Games' option, the Product free of charge. In the event that the Product is no longer available, WB Games may, in its sole discretion, replace the Product with a product of comparable value. The original purchaser is entitled to this warranty only if the date of purchase is registered at point of sale or the consumer can demonstrate (to WB Games' satisfaction) that the Product was purchased within the last one hundred eighty (180) days. To receive warranty service: Notify the WB Games Customer Service Department of the problem requiring warranty service by selecting [Ask For Help] at the top of this page to submit a ticket. WB Games is not responsible for unauthorized returns of the Product and reserves the right to send such unauthorized returns back to customer. This limited warranty shall not be applicable and shall be void if: (a) the defect in the Product has arisen through abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment or neglect; (b) the Product is used with products not sold or licensed by the appropriate platform manufacturer or 19B Games (including but not limited to, non-licensed game enhancements and copier devices, adapters and power supplies); (c) the Product is used for commercial purposes (including rental); (d) the Product is modified or tampered with; or (e) the Product's serial number has been altered, defaced or removed.

    If normal function of the product is disturbed or interrupted, strong electro-magnet interference may be causing the issue. To reset product, please detach product from main plug, wait for 15 seconds, then plug back as normal.
  6. Disclaimers
    This product is not a toy and is not intended for use by children under 14 years.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    a. Neither you, WB Games, its directors, parent, affiliates, licensors, or contractors will be liable for any consequential or indirect loss under or in connection with this contract, or any collateral contract, whether arising under statute or arising in or for breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise.
    b. Nothing in this clause will exclude or limit either party's liability:
    (i) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
    (ii) for death or personal injury caused by its negligence; or (iii) for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
  8. PRODUCT DISPOSAL INFORMATION
    Do not dispose of this product with normal household waste. Take to an official recycling point to be disposed of responsibly in accordance with local and national disposal regulations (if any) including those governing the recovery and recycling of waste and electronic equipment (WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU).
  9. PRECAUTIONS
    a. Because of the magnetic fields, keep the Book and Wand away at least 40cm from metal (especially iron), steel, or other magnetic devices as they may affect the operation of the product.
    b. This appliance can be used by children aged from 14 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.
