New Players

1. At the title screen for Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, select the Account Button (Wizard Icon) in the top right of the screen.
2. If you've already created a WB Games Account, log in with your user account. If you do not yet have an account, select the button [Create a Free WB Games Account].
3. Follow the steps to create your account with a valid email address. Your account will automatically log in.
4. Check your email to verify your email address and finish setting up your account.
5. Ensure that you create a password for your account by clicking here. You cannot log into other devices without setting up a password.

Existing Players

1. If you've already started the game, select the 'Settings' Gear Icon in the bottom left of the screen next to the current time. This icon becomes available just after the Sorting Hat Ceremony before you go to your first Charms class.
2. Select the Account Button (Wizard picture) icon in the top right corner of the screen to manage your account.
3. If you've already created a WB Games Account, log in with your user account. If you do not yet have an account, select the button [Create a Free WB Games Account].

How Can I Restore My Progress On a New Device?

You cannot log into other devices without first setting up a password for your WB Games Account. You can create a password for your account by clicking here.

Take note of the server you selected for your character, as this is necessary to restore the correct character on your new device.

1. At the title screen for Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, select the Account Button (Wizard Icon) in the top right of the screen.
2. Login with your WB Games account.
3. In the bottom left corner of the title screen, select the globe icon to ensure you have selected the correct server from the server map.
   • Note: Selecting the wrong server will start a new character. If you do this by mistake, you can close out of the application and try again.
4. Select [Enter Hogwarts].
