If you'd like to confirm if you received your in-app purchase in Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, you can reference your Transaction Records through the in-game shop via these steps:
Jewels and Magic Pass Purchases
- Select the Shop icon (Shopping Cart) in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the Supplies tab, indicated by the Jewel icon.
- Select the [i] icon to the right of the Jewels section title.
- Select [Recharge Records] to see your current Jewels balance and a record of all of your Jewels that were purchased. If the transaction you are looking for is displayed here, it was received by your Harry Potter Magic Awakened profile.
Packs Purchased with Jewels
- Select the Shop icon (Shopping Cart) in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the Supplies tab, indicated by the Jewel icon.
- Select the [i] icon to the right of the Jewels section title.
- Select the [Spending Records] tab in the Transaction Records menu. If the Pack or item transaction you are looking for is displayed here, it was received by your Harry Potter Magic Awakened profile.
If you're still unable to locate your purchase, please submit a support ticket through the in-game menus. This option becomes available just after the Sorting Hat Ceremony before you go to your first Charms class.
- Select the 'Settings' Gear Icon located in the bottom left of the screen next to the current time, battery life, and signal strength.
- Select the 'Service' headset icon located in the top right corner of the Setting menu.
- Enter your email address
- Select the "Purchase or Currency" Issue Type in the drop-down menu.
- Describe your issue in the text area.
- Select the submit button.
