Known Issue (FIXED 5/15): Hogwarts Legacy Xbox One 0x803f8007, 0x82d40003, 0x82d40005 and "Do you own this game or app?" Errors

We're aware Hogwarts Legacy players who own the game digitally are experiencing 0x803f8007, 0x82d40003, 0x82d40005, and "Do you own this game or app?" Errors when trying to launch the game on Xbox One hardware.

05/15/2023 UPDATE: This issue should now be resolved and players should be able to launch the game without receiving an error.

If you still receive an error, you may need to obtain your game license again through the steps we have shared below:

1. Navigate to Microsoft Store on your Xbox
2. Search for “Hogwarts Legacy Xbox One Version” 
3. Select the Xbox One game
4. Select “GET” button where the “BUY” button would normally be located.
5. You should then be able to launch the digital version of Hogwarts Legacy on your Xbox One without issue.
