If you've encountered a bug during your time with Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, please submit a support ticket through the in-game menus. This option becomes available just after the Sorting Hat Ceremony before you go to your first Charms class.
- Select the 'Settings' Gear Icon located in the bottom left of the screen next to the current time, battery life, and signal strength.
- Select the 'Service' headset icon located in the top right corner of the Setting menu.
- Enter your email address
- Select the "Bug Report" Issue Type in the drop-down menu.
- Describe the bug in the text area.
- Select the submit button.
