What are Jewels?

Jewels are an in-game currency that can be used to purchase packs from the in-game Store or from the Harry Potter: Magic Awakened Web Store.

How can I acquire Jewels?

Jewels can be purchased in-game from the Supplies tab in the Store or through exclusive offers available on the Harry Potter: Magic Awakened Web Store.

How can I purchase Gems through the Web Store? 

The Harry Potter: Magic Awakened Web Store can be found at https://store.magicawakened.com

You will need to log in with your WB Games account that your Harry Potter: Magic Awakened profile is bound to in-game.

Confirm the character and server for which Jewel purchases will be sent. Once Jewels are delivered in-game, they cannot be transferred to other characters on different servers. 

Your character and server will be listed in the top right of the Harry Potter: Magic Awakened Web Store. If you wish to change servers, simply click the character name and select, “Change Servers.” 

You can then tap ‘Buy Now’ under the designated amount of Gems you’d like to purchase. Follow the steps in the pop up to enter payment and complete the transaction.
