Can Players Unlink a Platform From an Account?

Yes, you can.

1. Visit your account’s Connections and select DISCONNECT on the desired connected platform.
2. In the pop-up window labeled “Disconnect [Platform Name],” check the box agreeing that you understand the warnings and wish to disconnect your platform account from your WB Games account.

   Depending on the platform, once you disconnect a platform account from your WB Games account and connect a new one, you will not be able to disconnect it again for a certain amount of time.

3. You have now successfully disconnected your WB Games account from your platform account.

What happens to my game progress when I unlink my account?

Your game progress is associated with your WB Games account and not any particular platform. When you unlink a platform you lose access to your progress on that platform.

What happens to my game progress when I re-link the platform account I unlinked from?

You can use any platform account connected to your WB Games account to access your game progress. Removing a platform account will prevent you from accessing the game progress data from that platform. Re-linking the same platform account again will allow you to access the game progress from that platform again.
