If Experiencing Issues Running Hogwarts Legacy After Installing Mods?
Players should check to make sure they’ve installed the latest version of the mod. We also suggest reporting the issue to the author of the mod. For some mod listings, there is an "Issues" tab that links to a forum where other members of the community report known issues and share troubleshooting suggestions.
If players are unable to find a solution, we suggest changing the order of their installed mods or disabling recently installed mods to see if this resolves the issue. We cannot guarantee that all mods are compatible with one another.
Players can also contact the CurseForge customer support team by clicking here. Be sure to obtain logs as this can help the team investigate the issue.
How Can Players Receive Technical Support for Mods Used in Hogwarts Legacy?
Please note that Warner Bros. Games support is unable to assist with troubleshooting user created mods. If players are having issues with a specific mod, we suggest reporting it to the mod author. Players can search for the mod on the Curseforge Hogwarts Legacy page (https://hogwartslegacy.curseforge.com/) to find contact info for the mod author. Alternatively, players can contact the CurseForge customer support team by clicking here.
If players need assistance with their Warner Bros. Games Account or general technical support for Hogwarts Legacy, they can click ‘Ask for Help’ at the top of the page or clicking here. Players can also report bugs for unmodded saves in Hogwarts Legacy by clicking here. Players experiencing technical issues should disable any mods first to see if the issue is resolved before reporting a bug.
