If you're unable to remove or update installed Mods or unable to launch the game after installing a Mod, we suggest deleting your Mods folders to see if this helps resolve the issue. We've shared steps on this below:
- Ensure you've closed Hogwarts Legacy on your PC and that the game is not currently running.
- Locate your Mods folder on your PC. Each Mod will have it's own numeric ID numbered folder. Here's an example file path
C:\Users\ExampleUser\Documents\Hogwarts Legacy\Mods\87986 - Delete everything in this folder. You can repeat the process for other installed Mods.
- Launch Hogwarts Legacy and select the "Play Mods" button from the main menu.
- Under the "Enable Mods" tab, select the preferred character you wish to use from your Mod Saves.
- Under your list of Mods, press the U key on your keyboard to install each mod from the list.
- Once your Mods have finished installing, load your Mod Save and enjoy your Hogwarts Legacy Mods experience!
